Our General Cleaning Service VS Detail Cleaning Service

Hey Lovelies!!!

We have created this post to let you know a little bit more about our General Cleaning Service, and how it compares to our Detail Cleaning Service and General & Detail Cleaning Service.


Each of these services cost the same- $30 per hour, with a $25 Agency Fee per clean. The only difference is that Detail tasks take longer to complete, so you would have to book the service for longer, especially when you want to book a General and Detail Clean, where we will perform both General Cleaning tasks and Detail Cleaning tasks.


General Cleaning Tasks..

  • General Tidying Up

  • Dusting all rooms, including Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Bathrooms and Kitchens

  • Cleaning your Bathroom/s, including Toilets, Showers, Bathtubs, Benches, etc (see link to post 'How We Clean Your Bathroom' at the end

  • Cleaning your Kitchen

  • Cleaning the Floors in all rooms, including Vacuuming all Tiles and Carpet, and Mopping all Tiles.

General Cleaning are tasks that our cleaners will do in each and every service that you book. Of course, we can customise your service to your requirements and priorities on the day.


Detail Cleaning Tasks

  • Door Tracks, Windowsills, Window Tracks, etc.

  • Full Appliance Clean, for example, Full Fridge Clean, Stove Clean, etc

  • Inside of Cupboard Clean and Organise

  • Clean of all Doors, external and internal

  • Grout Cleaning

  • Deep Floor and Tile Cleaning

  • Deep Shower Cleaning

  • Deep Toilet Cleaning

  • Any other area that takes a little bit of time and is a big job

Different Detail tasks require us to bring certain products, so make sure you let us know what detail service you are interested in. For example, we have special products for grout cleaning, and deep toilet cleaning, etc.


Depending on the time that you book, and the size of your house, once the General Cleaning work is done, we may have time to get to some Detail Work done. Make sure that you take into consideration the size of the house when you are deciding how many hours you want to book for and the frequency that you want us to come. Of course, if you message us ,we can work it out. We offer free consultations, and can come and see your home and then estimate how long it will take based on your wants and needs.


The hours that you may need to book will depend on the size and design of your home. This includes the levels of your home (one-story, double-story, etc), how many bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, etc, floor materials (how many tiles, how much carpet, etc), how maintained your home is, etc.
